Renaissance: Webpage is not reachable

When navigating to Renaissance Learning’s website, the webpage will not load and state: global-zone52.renaissance-go.com is currently unavailable. This issue is caused by cookies and is resolved by clearing them.

Solution

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the three vertical dots > Settings.
  2. Click on Privacy and Security.
  3. Click on Cookies and other site data.
  4. Click on See all site data and permissions.
  5. Search for renaissance-go.com
  6. Click on the trash can next to the domain to delete the cookies.
