Amira & Waggle: Content not loading

The student is unable to see any assignments in one of these applications.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Ensure that the student has taken the HMH Growth Assessment. This issue will display a blue background but without any other content. Since, Waggle and Amira will automatically assign exercises based on the student’s Growth Assessment, if the student has not completed this assessment, the application will not assign any exercises and the content will not load.
  2. Follow these steps to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Take care to select All Time for the date range.
  3. Ensure that the device and browser are both updated. For more help, please refer to this Google Support article.
