HMH: Your Single Sign On Connection has expired
Error
When a user is unable to sign in and is prompted “Your Single Sign On (SSO) Connection/Configuration has expired,” this is caused by using an old/invalid link. This error is depicted below.
Solution
To resolve this issue, please use the current Single Sign On (SSO) link: https://papi.hmhco.com/login/initialize?iss=hmh-prod-32f19384-92af-4d00-acfd-6bb424fbd4f. If the invalid link is on a shared site, please inform the owner to update the link.
