HMH: Teacher Prompted "User not found"

When a teacher is unable to sign in and prompted with the message “User not found,” there is most likely missing data in Infinite Campus. The error is depicted below. 

To resolve this issue, please:

  1. Ensure that the teacher is assigned to the proper class in Infinite Campus. Since HMH is rostered by homeroom class (i.e., PRI 701, INT 702, and INT 903), the teacher must be assigned as the Primary Teacher of a homeroom class. To add the teacher as a Primary Teacher, please follow these instructions.
  2. Ensure that the teacher’s primary email address is set to their Warren County digital account's username (i.e., first.last@warren.kyschools.us). If the email address is set to anything else, their account will not be created correctly. This is especially an issue with new teachers or teachers who have recently changed their names.
  3. Ensure that the teacher’s Local ID is set to their Employee ID in Infinite Campus. If this field is already set, please do not change this field.
  4. Follow these steps to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Be sure to select All Time in the date range dropdown menu.
  5. Ensure that the device and browser are both updated. Follow these steps to update the Chrome browser.
