Infinite Campus: Schedule Wizard Setup Guide

Windows Setup Guide

  1. Sign into Infinite Campus, then navigate to the Schedule Wizard by clicking Scheduling & Courses, then Schedule Wizard.
  2. Click Launch to download the Schedule Wizard application.
  3. You should see a new program in the Downloads bar of your browser named warren.jnlp. If you have downloaded this before, this program may be titled differently.
  4. Find this file in your Downloads folder. You may find it helpful to move this file to your desktop and rename it ScheduleWizard.jnlp.
  5. Double-click the application to run it. You may be prompted to update Java. If you are asked, simply click Later.
  6. Once opened the file, Windows will prompt you to select an app to run this file, as in the picture below. To select the correct app, click More apps, then scroll down and click Look for another app on this PC.
     
  7. Once Windows has opened an Explorer window, navigate to Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Java > (a folder like jre1.8.0) > bin, then select javaaws and click Open.
  8. Once you’ve selected the Java app to open the .jnlp file, Windows will prompt you for permission to run this application. When prompted, toggle the checkbox to “Do not show this again…,” then click Run.
  9. The Schedule Wizard application should now load. If you do not see a screen similar to the one below, please be sure to remove any copies of this application and try again. If this does not help, please feel free to submit a Mojo Ticket.

MacOS Setup Guide

  5. Double-click the application to run it. You should be prompted with the error message below.
  6. Once you’ve received this error message, open System Preferences and navigate to Security and Privacy. In this example, System Preferences was in the dock.
  7. In the Security & Privacy section, click Open Anyway, then click the Unlock button.
  8. You will be prompted for your username and password for the machine on which you are working.
  9. Double click ScheduleWizard.jnlp again to run the application.
  10. When prompted to allow the Java application, toggle the checkbox to “Do not show this again…,” then click Run.
  11. The Schedule Wizard application should now load. If you do not see a screen similar to the one below, please be sure to remove any copies of this application and try again. If this does not help, please feel free to submit a Mojo Ticket.
