Renaissance: This page isn't working
When navigating to Renaissance Learning’s website, the webpage will not load and state
global-zone52.renaissance-go.com is currently unavailable
as in the picture below.
This issue is caused by corrupt cookies (stored data) in the web browser. To refresh this sites cookies:
- Navigate to Warren County's Renaissance Learning portal where the user receives this error.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click on the three vertical dots, then click Settings.
- Click on Privacy and Security, then Clear browsing data.
- In the Time range dropdown menu, select All time, then ensure that Cookies and other site data is checked and click Clear data.
- Renaissance Learning's webpage should work once you refresh the page.
