Renaissance: This page isn't working

When navigating to Renaissance Learning’s website, the webpage will not load and state

global-zone52.renaissance-go.com is currently unavailable

as in the picture below.

This issue is caused by corrupt cookies (stored data) in the web browser. To refresh this sites cookies:

1. Navigate to Warren County's Renaissance Learning portal where the user receives this error.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the three vertical dots, then click Settings.
   
3. Click on Privacy and Security, then Clear browsing data.
   
4. In the Time range dropdown menu, select All time, then ensure that Cookies and other site data is checked and click Clear data.
   
5. Renaissance Learning's webpage should work once you refresh the page.
