Canva: Non-teaching staff receives error on sign-in
While Canva is rostered primarily with data from Infinite Campus, our system pulls data for non-teaching staff from Munis. So, in order resolve this issue, the user will need to change the email that is listed in Munis. To make this change:
- Navigate to the Munis Self-Service page, then sign in.
- Once signed in, click edit at the bottom of the Munis profile page.
- Change the email address field to your Warren County digital account (i.e., first.last@warren.kyschools.us), then click save.
After you've made this change, our system will use this new email address when syncing Munis data with Canva. You should expect this update within 1-2 business days.
