Canva: Non-teaching staff receives error on sign-in

While Canva is rostered primarily with data from Infinite Campus, our system pulls data for non-teaching staff from Munis. So, in order resolve this issue, the user will need to change the email that is listed in Munis. To make this change:

  1. Navigate to the Munis Self-Service page, then sign in.
  2. Once signed in, click edit at the bottom of the Munis profile page.
  3. Change the email address field to your Warren County digital account (i.e., first.last@warren.kyschools.us), then click save.

After you've made this change, our system will use this new email address when syncing Munis data with Canva. You should expect this update within 1-2 business days.
