No Internet Issue

If you're unable to load a website you may be having network issues.  Check the steps below for a few things to try before logging a ticket.

Are you connected to wifi?
  •                Verify that you're connected to the WCPS_Device network.
  •                Try turning wifi off and back on.

If you're not connected to wifi and are connected with a cable check the following steps: 
  •                If your computer is connected to your telephone.  Try unplugging the network cable from the wall to the phone and reconnecting it.  The phone will reboot and once                   it reboots see if you're able to get on the internet now.
