Warren County Digital Account: Forgot password

A staff member may forget their password for various reasons. For occasions such as this one, all staff members are required to set two sequrity questions. These security questions may be used to access your account and update your password without knowing your current password.

To regain access to your Warren County Digital Account:

  1. Connect to your school or administration building's WiFi (i.e. WCPS_Public) on your phone or computer and click here to access the account management portal.
  2. Click Password Reset, enter your Warren County Digital Account username, and ensure that the dropdown menu has WARREN selected, then click Next. On a desktop, you will need to open the Forgot your password? panel and enter your Warren County Digital Account username and ensure that the dropdown menu has WARREN selected, then click Continue


  3. Enter the answers to your security questions within the five minute time limit, then click Next. On a desktop, enter your answers, then click Continue.

  4. Once you've entered your security questions' answers, update your password. Be sure to store this new password in a secure location!

After updating your password, you will need to sign back into any devices that use your Warren County Digital Account (e.g., your cell phone used for 2 Step Verification).
