Hold For Authentication Error

Are your print jobs not printing?  Check your print queue and see if the printer has an error of hold for authentication.  If your printer states this it usually means that it's an error with your password and will not print until this issue has been resolved.  Have you changed your password recently?  You will need to enter the new password so that the printer software can authenticate correctly.  You should see at the end of the print job that it is not going through a refresh-looking button.  If you click on that icon it should prompt you to put in the new password and update the old one.  Once you do this then you should now be able to print successfully.
